Consultancy Agreement

By accessing healthcoachuk.com and engaging our services, you enter into a binding agreement with Health Coach UK. This platform provides nutritional education and structural health planning designed to optimize lifestyle habits.

Our services are provided to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 and over. Users are responsible for ensuring that the information they provide during intake assessments is accurate and reflects their current health status. Misrepresentation of facts can compromise the integrity of the design plan provided.

Professional Limits

Health Coach UK does not provide clinical diagnosis, medical prescriptions, or healthcare treatment.

Our suggestions are purely educational and focused on lifestyle-based nutritional optimization. We are not a replacement for a GP or other statutory health services. Our advisory role is limited to the architectural structure of your daily habits and nutrient intake.

If you have a diagnosed medical condition or are experiencing acute symptoms, you must consult a qualified medical professional before implementing any structural changes discussed in our sessions. We do not offer support for eating disorders or clinical pathologies.

Booking & Payments

Consultations must be booked via our official digital gateway. Cancellations require a minimum of 48 hours' notice for a full refund. Changes made within 48 hours of the scheduled session may be subject to a rescheduling fee.

All fees are clearly stated at the point of booking and are inclusive of VAT where applicable. Payments are processed through secure, industry-standard gateways.
